I’ve been learning more about it as I work at the Vitamin Shoppe and the more I think it’s a great thing.     One of the most common methods for taking creatine is using a ‘loading’ and ‘maintenance’ phase, and, I recently wrote an article to advise people on what tends to be the most effective way of using creatine this way.
